6. Funds Reimbursement

We reserve the right to refund at our discretion. Your refund may also be impacted by the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your product (website or mobile app), statutory fees and taxes as well as other factors. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed.
